| Mom & Me (18 months - 2 years) |
| Moms and Dads will be involved while their children have a jump start on coordination and motor development as well as be involved in the learning process while children climb, roll, jump, balance, laugh and interact. |

| Tiny Tots (3 years) |
| Children learn to take their first independent steps without parental guidance and will learn some of the basics of all the gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, and floor with lots of obstacle fun. They will also learn how to stand in line, take turns, and play together. |

| Tots (4 years) |
| Children will learn how to follow directions in a fun and structured environment. They will be introduced to more basic and exciting fundamental skills of all the gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, floor, and in-ground trampoline in a creative learning atmosphere. They will also learn how to stretch and the basics of handstands and cartwheels. |

| Tiny Beginners (5 - 7 years) |
| Students will understand the basics of all the gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, floor, and in-ground trampoline. All students will be introduced or continue to build their basic gymnastics skills. They will learn handstands, cartwheels, round offs and walkovers and much, much more. |

| Beginners (8 - 11 years) |
| All gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, floor, in-ground trampoline and tumble track are included in this class. Students will be introduced or continue to build their basic gymnastics skills. All students will work on strength and flexibility and will learn basic tumbling including round offs, walkovers, and be introduced to back handsprings and more. |

| Intermediate (12 - 17 years) |
| This class requires NO experience and will teach all skill level gymnastics on vault, bars, beam, floor, in-ground trampoline and tumble track and will develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Students will learn round offs, walkovers, back handsprings and more. |

| Advanced Beginners (5 - 7 years) (8 - 11 years) |
| This is a class for students that will work advanced skills on all gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, and floor and who eventually want to experience competitive gymnastics in the future. This class is by invitation only. |

| Team |
| This is a challenging program for students that want to train at a competitive level. Our competitive team competes with the USA Gymnastics organization from level 2-10. Palm Coast Gymnastics has produced many State Champions, Regional and National qualifiers. This program is by invitation only. |

| Cheer-Tumbling (4 - 7 years) (8 - 11 years) (12 years and up) |
| This class is designed for students only interested in tumbling and/or cheerleading. This is a great class for students that need to prepare for cheer try-outs or if you are already on a cheer team you will learn more advanced tumbling, jumps, and motions techniques. |
